CSS for Vex / News: Recent posts

The CSS for Vex project will be used to provide maintenance support for part of the Vex code base in the absence of continuing development in the Vex project. Vex will be treated as a Vendor import under CVS and Vendor tags will be used to allow the import of future versions of Vex.
