[css2xslfo-support] One-sided page layout

Hi Werner,

I'm now evaluating and troubleshooting a new fo-2-pdf formatter from
Altsoft, and for this reason would prefer to minimize the number of
different page layouts.

Unfortunately I can't get rid of two-sided layout with different even/odd
page-masters.

Is there any way to suppress splitting into even/odd when @page is in
effect?
