Hi Andreas,

The XML parser is supposed to resolve those entity references, so CSSToXSLFO
shouldn't even see them. It uses an Xerces parser. Even if they would end up
in the FO file, the parser of the XSL-FO processor would have to resolve them.
Can you send me an example?
