[css2xslfo-support] From XML to FO with css2xslfo - no output

Hello, 

I have just started with css2xmlfo and I cannot produce any fo file. 

I am using MacOS X and from the command line:

>java -jar css2xslfo1_6_2.jar <filename>

the file is an XML file. So I am clueless as to how and where exactly the problem is. Any help will be greatly appreciated. I am attaching the xml file and the css file.
