[css2xslfo-support] Fw: An empty output .fo file with no complaints

Hi Werner,

this is a copy of my message for the topic similar to the one being 
discussed now, that recently got bounced from sourceforge mail server. The 
reason of my problem is evidently different, and it is just a coinncidence 
that two similar subjects got spoken of simultaneously.

The problem is solved for me now, so my message is just for your
