Added support for DROP TABLE, DROP INDEX, CREATE
INDEX.
Aruna: thanks for cleaning up the code as well.

Also changed the TableDef::addField signature.
Now the behaviour would be
For creating unique and primary constrain one needs to
create an index on it.
