#301 Records not coming to Csql node for table with BInary field

When a table with binary field is cached, then table is created in cache node but records are not inserted in cache node

Scenario

SQL> create table t1 (f1 int,f2 binary(4),primary key(f1));
SQLRowCount returns 0
SQL> insert into t1 values(10,'23ef');
SQLRowCount returns 1
SQL> select * from t1;
+-----------+---------+
| f1 | f2 |
+-----------+---------+
| 10 | 23ef |
+-----------+---------+
SQLRowCount returns 1
1 rows fetched

Cache table by cache tool
then select from csql tool
$ csql
CSQL>select * from t1;
---------------------------------------------------------
f1 f2
---------------------------------------------------------

record is not inserted
