CSPro XML Utilities / News: Recent posts

This version contains both the Cygwin and Win32 executables and the package directories have been reorganized.

I just released Cygwin version 0.21 of the dcf2xml utility. This is the first fully functional version.
The package file includes the dcf2xml executable and source code to convert CSPro data dictionaries to a generic XML format as well as a XSL Transform to convert the generic XML to the DDI-XML specification.
Examples are also provided along with HTML versions of the generated DDI files based on the ICPSR template available on the DDI web site.
