CSP source code moved to external subversion repository

As of April 20, 2004, the official CSP source code repository is no longer hosted at SF. The legacy cvs repository will remain at SF, but future development will occur only in a new subversion repository that was ported from a cvs snapshot on 2004-04-17. See the CSP forum at http://csp.sourceforge.net/forum for details.

Wiki is now home!

After meeting today, we've decided to make the wiki the primary site for discussing and organizing work on CSP. The 'Home Page' link will now take you directly to the wiki. Once you're there, check out the links under the "General" heading, and see the "interesting starting points" if you are new to wiki's.
