#12 Same name - same team, not handled

Southampton 2 - Manchester City Played on October 5

Southampton have two players with the surname Svensson, one is a
defender and the other is in midfield. Only one Svensson mane
appeared
in the points and was credited twice for a clean sheet. Both
Svensson's appeared as a teamStarter.

This one is going to be very difficult to fix. If players with the same
surname appear in different teams the fix of matching team as well as
player will work. However, if they are in the same team there is a
problem. Not sure of a solution to this yet. In the short term I will
make the system output a warning when such a situation occurs. This
can be used to prompt for a manual chack of the data.
