#15 "Trillian" type functionality

I am sure that you are familar with the Instant
Messenger program called Trillian from
www.ceruleanstudios.com There program allows you to
manage / use IM from multiple diffent carries like, AOL,
IRC, MSN, Yahoo etc...

I think it would be great and would be willing to pay for
a version that would enable me to Monitor and engage in
Live Chat with site visitors from Multiple Sites?

Meaning - I could act as an "Out-Sourced" Live Chat
Monitoring Service. I could monitor Live Chat for 5
different companies at the same time. And engage them
through "1-single GUI interface".

This would be good for people who own several web
sites as well as people who want to offer out-sourced
live chat monitoring.

Just a suggestion that may bring you some money.
