#106 Australia timezone

Hey guys,

Noticed tonight that when I select the Australia/Canbarra 10+ timezone in the settings that it actually appears at -10 once I have saved it. I managed to get around this somehow, however I cannot figure it out any more.

Anyone know how I could fix this?
