#103 Certain Departments don't register visitors

I noticed that department 12 stopped registering visitors about two months ago, so I checked the code and everything was correct, both operators are monitoring that department, still nothing.

I added a new department 13 and that does not register anyone on the site.

If I visit say a department 2 page then I am flagged up as a visitor, but then move to the 12 or 13 departments and Livehelp has no idea I am there.

I have updated three times but nothing seems to fix this, I am using 3.3.2 from today but still no joy.
