[csjava-developer] casey ready for testing

The first testable version of the next release of the csimage package  
is now available on the CVS repository.

This is in the "casey" branch of the repository, not the HEAD. The  
casey version incorporates Daryl's excellent button version of  
TheMatrix. Now you can turn on three buttons: load, save, close. They  
can appear in a menu, on the screen, or in  a detached window. By  
default, no buttons are displayed, but if you right-click the window  
the load/save/close functions will appear in the context menu that  
pops up.

There are also many small fixes, additions, deletions, and re- 
organizations. If you can, please take a moment to download this and  
run some of the demos to help shake out any bugs.
