What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have google voice forward to both a sip account and the GSM number.
2. Have csipsimple register to the sip provider.
3. Call google voice number.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Only sip call comes up, or comes up in the front to be picked up. I saw that sometimes GSM call comes up in the front, and I have no choice to instead answer the sip call.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
