#820 merging stun servers

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. edit stun server to something like stunserver.org
2. add and enable a betamax account

What is the expected output?
for the global stunserver to remain

What do you see instead?
it *adds* sip.12voip.com to the existing stunserver list, and CSS fails to connect to it
example: stunserver.com,stun.12voip.com

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Actually, this is a feature. In this case pjsip is configured with 2 stun server. Normally it does not hurt to have 2 stun servers.

At least if there is a bug it should be search on the pjsip stun process (there is weird things I'm not able to understand yet that make stun failing under certain conditions).

So the fact there is two stun server is just fine now. However the cool feature would be to have it per account (which is the aim of issue 345).

As for the stun bug that's relevant of issue 545
