Idea -- It would be nice to have a switch that would disable parallel calls at all -- reject incoming GSM call when SIP call is in progress and vice versa.

For now GSM/SIP conflicts are not managed by the app. There is several things to do to have this feature complete. The option you propose is one of this needed things :).
So I merge with another issue regarding GSM/SIP conflicts cause everything will be developed at the same time.
