#486 Crashes immediately at startup

A window telling me that CsipSimple crashed, which disappear almost immediately (so I cannot reproduce it here)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I upgraded CsipSimple this week from the official Market. I cannot run it long enough to report the version. Android 2.2 on a HTC Desire.

Please provide any additional information below.

Are you using a backup - restore app? (Something that backup and restore your settings from a version to another -- either manually or automatically if included in a ROM).

Cause sounds it's not trying to load the good version of the library (it's trying to load the old version of the lib).

So you can try :
A full and clean re-install (if the backup restore tool run in background will probably not help)
Or
Install the latest dev version (loading method of the lib is different since it's bundled inside the apk)

Reinstalling CsipSimple solved the problem, it now works.

In the process, I lose all my settings :-( I'm used to Unix where deleting an application does not delete the dotfiles in ~...

I assume there was a way to save them before and restore afterwards but I do not know Android well-enough.

There is some android apps that allow to save settings. But in my case not a good idea.

I'm implementing something that will allow to save accounts and settings within the app (issue 179)
