What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.call using device micro/earpiece and set the mediasetting right (microphone level, speaker level and echo cancelling on)
2.make a call with these settings using bt headset -- the received audio is too loud and the transmitted audio too soft. Transmited audio is choppy and "wavy" (due to echo cancel I guess)
3.Adjust the media settings for bluetooth (switch echo cancelling off, boost mike and dim earpiece
4. make a call using device mike/speaker -- far end gets echo and audio levels not right
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The echo canceller should be disabled in any case when bt is on -- it only works for analog audio.
Would it be possible to have a separate set of media settings for bluetooth and analog audio?
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

First thing to do will be to support BT completely :)
I wonder if you are using 8kHz audio.
For now I merge with issue 239 else I'll have to much issues to manage which will make me crazy :).
But your right, that's a valid improvement and I'll keep that in mind.
