#466 Transfer doesn't work with CallManager 7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Connect a call
2.Press the transfer button in the program
3.Enter extension of number to transfer call to

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect second extension to ring, and transfer the call.  Instead, the dialer is displayed

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.00-16 [r410] on Android 2.2
