Is that for landline calls or sip calls from another sip app?
Most of the time this kind of problem is due to a codec incompatibility. Could be confirmed by logs (see how to collect logs wiki page or use the new Help > record logs, reproduce and Help > stop & send recorded logs).

it doesn't work. any call i had initiated, rings once and than shows "hung up" cannot make any call and doesn't ring for incoming call either.
