#381 Sip answer buttons do not always appear

I think this problem sometimes appears on outgoing calls too.  I have selected to answer with buttons, not the slider.

Ok probably something specific to case button instead of slider. I don't test a lot this use case, so probably something is missing in this case.

Unfortunately this problem does still appear intermittently.  I'm currently using [r618].  Not a real problem as I can use my hand to full the proximity sensor to make hangup slider appear.
