In the way you can manage the behavior of your GSM voicemail, It should be fine to have a menu item from dialpad to manage behavior

For example : redirect every call to a number, redirect if already online, cancel redirects, access voicemail, ...

This is maybe provider dependant, but it can be a nice feature
