What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I set up CSipSimple with a Sipgate account.  Put in all proper credentials.

2. If I use 3G, Sipgate registers, and stays registered, and the CSipSimple app works perfectly.  I can make and receive calls.

3. However, as soon as I switch over to my home wifi network, the Sipgate "de-registers" and then will continuously fail to register.  I get an error saying there's been a timeout.  Note that all other apps using wifi work perfectly.  The only problem I have is that Sipgate won't register while on wifi.  If I turn off the wifi and go back to 3G, Sipgate immediately registers, and CSipSimple works perfectly again.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I would expect that Sipgate would register using wifi, and CSipSimple would allow me to make and receive calls.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I am using version 0.00-15.

Please provide any additional information below.

I can submit a log if that would help.

Ok, thx for reporting that and the log, I'll try to see what is going wrong exactly.

Just if you can do a test that could help me :

Using wifi, go in csipsimple, press menu > settings . And once you are inside settings, just press back button (it will restart and clean the sip stack entirely).
And tell me if it registers then. Can help me to understand if it's just something about switching from one network to the other, or something wrong with sipgate+wifi on your device.

As you say it works with other clients I guess it's not something with a firewall on the network. Else would have been my first thought. Just to be sure, test you did with other clients were on the same wifi network?
