Well, I was resenting doing that before, but indeed...
in the case you don't use contact integration, could make sense to have a quick link to contacts within CSipSimple.
Done in my dev branch, will be commited in next dev build. (What I did is the easier and more compatible way : I just ask android to launch the contact app to pickup a contact, but for now, will be probably enough).

You can access to your contacts phones using the third tab (on the top right of the dialer screen).
