#2913 Wrong notification when SIP/SIMPLE message is received

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Send a message
2. Send message 2
3. Send message 3

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

See message 2 respectively 3. Instead, message 1 is always seen. This only happens on the taskbar initially. If you pull it down, the correct message is shown.

However, this is affecting Tasker as it's seeing the initial message always

What version of the product are you using? On what device / operating
system?

Latest stable and also happening on latest nightly. Nexus 5, a recent OmniROM 4.4.4
