#2911 can't hear audio or send any audio. Cm11

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.any calls made on sip
2.tried in ROM sip account and Csipsimple
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It makes and receives calls there is just no audio at all and the other person can not hear me.

What version of the product are you using? On what device / operating
system?   I'm using an LG Lucid on The CM11 ROM last available for this phone.

Please provide any additional information below.
