#2884 CSIPSimple not registered

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turn off the WiFi and start using mobile data 3G

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The CSipsimple not able to register and showing yelow and below error message:
"selected network route not allowed with current settings".

What version of the product are you using? On what device / operating
system?
Mobile Samsung galaxy S3
Android Version 4.3

Dears,

My CSIPSimple on Samsung Glaxy S3not be able to register when my WiFi is off and the mobile working on Data(3G).

The below message is showing:

"selected network route not allowed with current settings".

When I shared the internet via Wifi usinga nother mobile which using the same operator it again started to work.

So it's only working on WiFi.

Is it a know issue? Any suggestion?
