#2882 Re-introduce Globtelecom wizard

Revisions [r2376] and [r2377] changed [http://www.globtelecom.ru/ Globtelecom] wizard to actually become [http://www.gvoip.ru/ GVoip] wizard. These two are actually distinct services, and thus ideally both should be represented. To do so, the current revision of file "src/com/csipsimple/wizards/impl/Globtelecom.java" should be copied to "src/com/csipsimple/wizards/impl/GVoip.java", and the content of "src/com/csipsimple/wizards/impl/Globtelecom.java" should be reverted to that of revision [r1280].
