The iLBC Extended Codec Settings does not change anything.

I have done three calls to sipgate Voice Test (10005@sipgate.de) with different values in "iLBC Frames per RTP packet".

Default setting: avg=13/24 kbps
90 Frames per RTP packet: avg=13/24 kbps
30 Frames per RTP packet: avg=13/24 kbps

In all three calls the ptime is 30.

The values are from the Info-Screen.

Note: Voice detection is switched off. To ensure that data rate is not affected by silence. iLBC 8 kHz is used.

So the datarate is always the same.
Goal for me is to increase delay a bit to reduce IP overhead. So that calls with EDGE are better.

System:  CM11 (Android 4.4)
CSipSimple 1.02.03 [r2457]

It also makes no change when you change the values in the source code.
