#2857 Service Desk number called doesn't recognize selection options

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I call a Service Provider number (like TeleCom enterprise) Number which provides a list of options to chose (like 1. Payments, 2. Technical Problems, 3. New Purchases)
2. When I chose an option (i.e. click 3 in the dialer), nothing happens.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Service Provider phone service recognize the option dialed.

What version of the product are you using? On what device / operating
system?
version 1.02.03 [r2457]. Android Version. CyanogenMod 11-20140916-SNAPSHOT-M10-i900
