#2825 no outgoing audio with 8 KHz clock rate

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set clock rate to 8 KHz
2. Dial out from phone. No sound on other end of the line.
3. Dial to the phone. No sound on other end of the line.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Audio should work both ways. Instead the other end of the line hears nothing.

What version of the product are you using? On what device / operating
system?
Version 1.02.00 on Android 4.4.4 Kitkat using a custom rom on a HTC Sensation.

Please provide any additional information below.

When using 32 KHz clock rate instead audio works just fine both ways. Also receiving calls with STUN NAT traversal works as expected.
