#2811 App not re-register on 3G connection.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I set up my account with ADVANCE wizard on wifi, App working fine.
2.I turned off my wifi, i m getting 3G connection automatically.
3.App trying to registering but it was not registering.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
App should be register but it showing time-out.

What version of the product are you using? On what device / operating
system?
I downloaded app from google playstore, version is 1.02.00

Please provide any additional information below.
It was registering after 10 0r 15 minutes automatically in 3g.
