reboots after update and doesn't connect to sip

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.download new (dev) version
2.update to it
Then phone automatically reboots.
After reboot it doesn't connect to any SIP account configured.
The only way i've found, is to clear data in "manage applications" system setting, and reconfigure accounts and other settings.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
no reboot, no reconfiguration
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

You must uninstall the market version before installing the dev version.
Both are not compatible due to the way app is distributed !

It gives a begin of explaination about why this is needed. There is an open issue 179 to allow you to save accounts settings (since I guess that will be your next request ;) )
