#2783 Caller ID is not properly passed

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Configure a SIP trunking provider
2. Set your called ID to whatever you want
3. Make a call to someone

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The called party should see the number you set as caller ID displayed as the number that is calling them.  Instead, the called party simply sees your SIP username.

What version of the product are you using? On what device / operating
system?

CSipSimple: 1.02.00 [r2330]
OS: Android 4.4 Kit Kat
Device: Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7"
