Running latest CSipSimple (13-02) works really well with my Samsung Galaxy S on Firmware JPK (Froyo 2.2) after tweaking some settings in audio:
Mikrofonpegel: 0.4
Lautsprecherpegel: 0.2
(don't know english wording for this, sorry)
With these two settings, the person speaking into the galaxy s has a sharp voice and quality is good on the other side, and the volume of the other person is still very loud, but not loud enough for to produce echoes in combination with 0.4 Mikrofonpegel.
These should be reasonable default values for a Galaxy S. And when https://code.google.com/p/csipsimple/issues/detail?id=254 is fixed, this would be the first sip-app to be really usable on a galaxy s! Nice!

Ok, done in my branch... need to be commit and build. But that's done.
Just for reference : will be done only on fresh installs. This kind of configuration is done only at first start. Then if user change things, update will not change his settings.

Done in -13-04. If you want to test it, you have to reinstall the app since I don't erase existing settings after an update, just on first setup.
