What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Incoming call from anywhere (landline, cell phone, SIP)
2. Phone will react to incoming call
3. Phone will vibrate or ring depending on Android Setting, but never both even though under Native Dialer settings "vibrate on ringing" is enabled.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the phone to both ring and vibrate, but it always only does one or the other, never both even though vibrate on ringing is enabled.
What version of the product are you using? On what device / operating
system?
Latest CSipSimple Nightly Build [r2280]. Device/OS - Nexus 4/Android 4.2.2 Slimbean Custom ROM

Actually the fix is not an option, the expected behavior is to reuse stock android settings.
The setting you see about vibration in user interface section is about dialer feedback (to vibrate when you press a digit number in dialer user interface)
