#220 Can't answer calls from bluetooth earpiece

Csip answers call.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Nexus 2.2 - Csip 32

Sipdroid has same issue, although it does make earpiece ring, which is nice.

GSM calls :
Find no problem on answering and talking over the earpiece.  The system is very stable.

SIP calls :
Earpiece will not ring as the phone speaker has been muted and it shows the icon on the top of the status bar.  When picking up, voice does not over the earpiece's mic but over the mic of the phone.

P.S. I did hear the ring from the earpiece at the first try but not for the other tests even reboot the phone.

Besides there is a bug in android with bluetooth (see issue 51). So I've postponed the full implementation for when they will provide developpers somethings stable to relie on.

However I'll have a look to your issue with ringer issue : there is probably something I can improve here.
