#219 Native Dialer Quits Working

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Activate Sip Account with csipsimple
2. Use Google Voice Callback
3. Make a call using the android native dialer more than once.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Native phone dialer. Black screen.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
csipsimple 0.00-12-32

I am using an htc kaiser with cyanogenmod froyo. Whenever I use the android native dialer with csipsimple, it will sometimes freeze the native dialer and cause the screen to simply go black.

There is some interesting fix in 0.00-12-34 regarding some deadlocks present between -30 to -32. So could be interesting to try -34.
But it's really possible that it will not improves things since I can test with Google Voice (country not supported), so I can't tell if it could be linked to something I fixed.
So, is that possible for you to send me logs when you get this black screen? See on the wiki, there is a page that explain how to get logs (with debug activated on csipsimple).
