Call not sent, no valid number entered

You need a registered account (I'm using Zadarma, but I suppose you can use anyone)
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Turn on CSipSimple Androidintegration
2. Turn on WiFi
3. Go to last calls and select any call, try to call it
There must be a dialog prompt to choose SIP operator or internal GSM module. But you'll see a dialog "Call not sent, no valid number entered."
I's on Market version 0.04-04 under Android 4.0.4 on JIAYU-G3 smartphone.

Without WiFi same behavior. In German "Anruf nicht verbunden; keine gültige Nummer".

What is the number you are trying to dial? Maybe it's actually not a valid sip number/id.

My Scenario:
1. Turn on CSipSimple Androidintegration
2. Dial a simple number 089500123456 (I am in Germany, it is a normal number in Munich)
3. Press dial
4. "Anruf nicht verbunden; keine gültige Nummer", I can press only OK
5. Comes a dialog to choose between my SIP Provider or "Verwende GSM"
6. I press "Verwende GSM", the call is placed and connected normally.

Moving CSipSimple back to "Internal Storage" fixed the issue for me.

@onlyJob : thanks for the point !
I didn't thought about that, but it's totally right, some devices have very weird behavior when an app is stored on sdcard and remove some permission to the app / or some features.
That's the reason why the csipsimple UI should present a warning tab in case you moved the app to sdcard about the fact this mode is something you should use at risk it introduces various bugs depending on the device.

May be the problem does not relate to the CSipSimple itself.
Similar problems are being discussed and resolved here:

I personally haven't tried the solution yet but for sure have the app in the internal storage while still experiencing the problem.

Same problem here. Brand new Jiayu F1, Android 4.2.2 (Kernel 3.4.5), CSipSimple from Play Store, v1.02.00 [r2330].
No SIM-card, no SD-card, on WiFi, Android integration turned on. Dialing any number from stock dialer results in the
"Call not sent, no valid number entered"
message. After hitting OK, the choice between CSipSimple and Mobile comes up properly and the call goes through fine.
Also tried after inserting a SIM card, made no difference. Application already in the internal memory (no SD card).

Update: while in the stock Android dialer, dialing from the Call history (clock icon) or Contacts (person icon) is fine, the problem manifests itself only when dialing by hand or selecting a recent number from the leftmost column (phone icon).
