To keep power consumption low, it would be good to have a way to start csipsimple when its turned off and when there is an incoming call.

The incoming call notification comes through push notification and this notification turns on csipsimple and the call gets setup.

This is extremely useful with mobile devices since sip clients are consuming good amount of power and people want a better solution to receive calls. To make calls of course they will turn on the app.

My position now with the API is that if such an gateway exists, a plugin to wakeup csipsimple should be done. It's not relevant of CSipSimple that focus on SIP, but on a plugin that wake up csipsimple. Thanks to the api it would be very easy to do for the wakeup csipsimple part.
