What steps will reproduce the problem?
This problem seems intermittent, but possibly happens often in background.
I noticed this issue when attempting to make a 3G call and let the csip/gsm dialogue sit for a few seconds. I then visited the accounts activity and noticed the connection expiring/registering.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the connect to be solid. I'm guessing csip has retry of 5 minutes, so there's no way it would expire after 4 seconds.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I haven't seen this issue over WiFi, but the problem may be related between transitioning between network intefaces.

Changed phone companies and re-registration issue seems to have disappeared. Although appears to still be data heavy maintaining a connection. I'll wait a couple of days and see where it goes.
