v0.5 released

A new version has been released, with the following enhancements.

* all unsafe code removed; allows usage in a medium trust web environment
* solution and projects ported into VS2010
* exceptions and frames moved to different namespaces.
* Mp3FileData lazy-loaded to improve performance after updating a file
