Why csharp-studio try to downloads the gtk-sourceview from the gnome
ftp? it can't download the file, shows an error.
If i download the file manually, where i put the file and where i say to
make to not download the file?

You might have firewall problems for example. Try to look into
Makefile.am in
src/widgets/sources and play with options for wget. For example, I would
suggest
to try "--passive-ftp" option.
