Patch for autogen.sh from CVS at the time of submission.
The patch modifies autogen.sh to use glibtoolize instead of
libtoolize on Mac OS X systems with Apple Developer Tools
(gnu developer utilities) installed.

After applying this patch, CSer can be configured and build
on Mac OS X.
