Ok, that means cscsend can't establish a TCP connection to your SMTP server on port 25... To be honest, it's also a "bug" in cscsend in that we don't do good error checking on stuff like that... But the quick fix is for you to make sure that your SMTP server settings are correct in your account configuration....
