[CSCMail-Users] Install of CSCMail Apparently Successful but Fails to Launch

All:

I ran the CSCMail installer successfully (apparently) using both the tar
and rpm techniques, but when I launched CSCMail, I got the following:

BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /usr/bin/cscmail line 24.
Can't locate MIME/Parser.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/lib/cscmail
/usr/lib/perl5/5.6.0/i386-linux /usr/lib/perl5/5.6.0
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.0/i386-linux /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.0
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl .) at /usr/bin/cscmail line 24.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /usr/bin/cscmail line 24.

I am running RedHat Linux 7.1, which contains the 2.4 kernel.

Any help would be most appreciated.
