HTML-Parser is currently at 3.21.  You may need to download it from cpan.org
or trying cd /root/cscmail/HTML-Parser-3.21 and then install.

Again similar problem, MIME-tools is now at 5.410, download and install if 
required; or just cd /root/cscmail/MIME-tools-5.410 and install.
