[CSCMail-Users] "No such file or dir" error upon install

[BRS <bst...@pa...>]

I just installed CSCMail after finding it by chance (searched: "Outlook 
Express" + linux).  It looks like what I've been needing but I can't get 
it to run.  Below is the terminal output from the install then the last 
four lines is what I get when trying to run "cscmail".

Has any one seen these errors and know the cure?

System:  RedHat 7  Gnome
