This was indeed the problem - an untidy upgrade (my fault) from 1.6.1 in
/usr/bin to 1.79 in /usr/local/bin meant the lib files were in a new place.
Maybe the program could somehow check if the .cscmailrc file is older than the
program file (i.e. the .rc predates the version installed, and automatically
call the setup utility? I dealt with it by renaming the .rc file and then going
through setup again. It's fine now.
